Made a turtleneck pullover top. & wore it a lot during winter. It's light but not see through. Feels soft to wear & washes well. Doesn't crease much. I love the colour too
I used this to cover my recently padded out mannequin, it was very stretchy and ideal. I have quite a bit left so will make some leggings for my daughters.
When this fabric arrived I was a bit disappointed as it was thinner than I expected and I wanted it for a winter jumper. However it is lovely and soft and a nice colour and was easier to work with than I expected. I made it into a cowl next jumper and I’m really pleased with it and I can always put a vest under it!
A lightweight material which is stretchy. It has made up nice into a long sleeve top. It has washed well with hardly any pressing required. I have purchased many colours in the same fabric as I am happy with the results.
Bought more as my first waterfall cardigan in this was purloined. I wish it came in a black navy blue mix too. Have this in the green for making another cardigan for autumn.
This is the first time of sewing with knitted jersey. I used a ballpoint needle with a stretch stitch and a jersey stretch needle for the twin needle sewing. I do not have an over-locker but used the edge stitch and it all worked fine. It sewed very well and it washed well too. Very good fabric at a great price. Thanks PF x
Love the fabric, it handled just as expected, cut edges curling. Used Maraflex thread which was perfect for the job. More of an autumn/ winter dress and I’m sure I’ll wear it a lot
A bit slippery and fought with the walking foot, but considering I’m a beginner sewer I’m v happy with getting a wearable top for the office.
Very lightweight and slightly sheer but only if you hold it up to the light and okay if you wear nude bra underneath like i did here.

Fabric is very soft and comfortable. A wee bit slippy to work with but fine with pins/clips. Really pleased with the final cardigan, it will get lots of use.
Lovely knit fabric. Perfect to make this waterfall cardigan using the Nina pattern from Stylearc. Used overlocker which sewed this garment well as the fabric does not stretch or roll up when stitching. Have a large bit left which I might use to make something for my niece. Very happy with this quality fabric at an outstanding price.
Lovely green. Bought the purple before and it made a beautiful waterfall cardigan. The drape on this is amazing and despite its thickness it is heavy so it hangs very well. This will become a waterfall cardigan too.
I love this material for £1.75 per metre it’s extremely good value. For £7 I’ve made this jacket and skirt.

I teamed this with two other poundland fabrics to make a top I designed myself. I made a narrow scarf to add with poundland crushed velvet. I am very pleased with the outcome.
This is my second lot of this fabric. It is great value for money, but very thin, hence 4 stars not 5. However a top for under £5 is amazing and I'm very pleased with what I've made
Much thinner than I thought it would be and curls like mad. Great for something light like a cover up but wouldn’t want to wear it as a top with nothing underneath.
It is thin but heavy for its thickness. I thought it would be hard to cut but with weights and a rotary cutter it cuts very well. The lovely drape will make a great waterfall cardigan.
I have always shied away from buying jersey but I needn’t have worried.
This was so simple to sew and came together so well, the only problem was the complicated pattern!

This fabric is so soft! It is a bit thin, so I self lined the bodice, but the skirt is a single layer and not see through as it’s gathered. It’s great for lightweight tops and dresses. I’ve also ordered it in grey and khaki. This is taupe
