Yes! All of our fabrics are priced per FULL metre. We are always transparent and keep things simple. For Full Rolls and pre cut fabrics, the quantity you order will be clearly stated in the product title and description.

Yes, we can send out samples. There is a sample charge of £1 per sample + £1 shipping. (If you were to order 3 samples the total cost including delivery would be £4).

If you require any samples, please send us an email confirming which fabrics you require and we will send across a purchase link.

Yes, the vast majority of orders are sent as one continuous length. Very rarely are orders sent in more than one length. If this is the case, we will usually try calling you or send you an email before sending your order out to check if this is ok.

Please note if ordering more than 20 metres of a particular fabric, this may come in more than one length. If you require the fabric all in one continuous length, please mention this in the comments box when placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate this.

Simply enter the number of metres required in the Quantity Box and click "Add to cart". For example, if you enter "3" you will receive a single three metre length of fabric. The width of the fabric is mentioned in the product description.

Once you have finished adding fabrics, click the "cart" button in the top right corner of your screen and you can checkout.

We have sourced the very best suppliers and are very selective with our buying. We often bulk buy and only select ranges which will provide you with the very best value. We sometimes buy surplus fabric which we are able to get at a discount and share these savings with our valued customers.

We sell a lot of quality fabric ranges which are the same fabrics (from the same factories) that are sold on other websites - the difference is that we sell at a much lower price. Whilst we are a company and need to operate, we keep our expenses low and sell fabrics at the best price, in line with our mission of making fabrics more affordable.

Pound Fabrics allows you to get the very best deals available so you can benefit from fabrics at the very best price!

For many of fabrics, we have a minimum order quantity of 2-3 metres. This reduces the cutting time per metre and helps to keep our prices as low as possible for everyone. We strive to maintain our low prices and top service for everyone always.

Due to the super low price, most customers use all of the fabrics they order and if they change their mind or have some spare, they save them, give them as gifts or donate them to schools or charity. This helps us to keep our prices super low for everyone!

For the more expensive ranges you are able to order 1 metre.

Often our website can be very busy, with lots of customers shopping for the same fabrics. Unfortunately, if another customer has the same item in their basket and checks out before you, it can cause the product to run out of stock before you check out.

We aim to add new fabrics frequently and restock old favourites as often as we can - so if you miss out on a fabric, keep your eyes peeled as it may get restocked!

Absolutely! You can browse some in the Full Rolls section of the website. Also feel free to message us using our contact page as we have many more full rolls in stock! Please note whilst full rolls are usually in one length, some may have joins within the length.

We currently only ship to the UK and Ireland.

Yes we do – just send your order back to us within 14 days for a full refund. Please note fabric must be unused and uncut and we are unable to refund delivery fees. We recommend a tracked method of shipping to return an item. Full rolls are usually not returnable, but we do accept these in certain circumstances with a 25% restocking fee.

Photos of all our fabrics are taken by ourselves to ensure quality. We inspect these and do our very best to ensure this is an accurate representation of the fabric. Please still bear in mind the actual colour may vary due to differences in lighting, monitor calibration, etc. The colours and quality of fabric may vary slightly when ordered at different times as each batch can be marginally different. We recommend ordering fabric for the same project in a single order.

Most fabrics under 20 metres are sent folded, fabrics over 20 metres are sent on rolls or bolts. If you require your fabric on a roll and it is below 20 metres you can order the fabric and add "Optional Rolling Fee" to basket.

Unfortunately, our order system does not allow us to combine orders as once an order is placed it goes into a batching queue and we are not able to merge these.

If there is any issue regarding your order please contact us immediately and we will try to resolve this as efficiently as possible. Please note any claims on fabric must be made within 3 days of delivery and we can not accept any claim after the fabric has been cut or used in any way.

As mentioned prior to checkout, we are not able to add to or amend orders. All items need to be purchased in a single order, otherwise a separate order will need to be placed.

After placing your order, there is a small window in which it can be cancelled - please let us know within 60 minutes of placing your order if ordering with standard delivery, or within 15 minutes of placing an order if you selected the Express option. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders after this period.

Yes, our VAT number is GB283509976. If you are a business and are VAT registered, you can claim back the VAT on your order. Unlike other wholesale websites, all our prices include VAT, so you save even more!

The confirmation email may likely be in your junk box - many customers have informed us that Outlook and Hotmail seem to filter our emails and accidentally flag them as spam. You may just need to add us to your safe sender list or contacts and this should cease. If you still can't find the order confirmation email, please get in touch and we will resend this.

We always recommend ordering extra in such cases. When the fabric will be cut into smaller lengths, there is always some degree of wastage as each length cut is usually slightly over the intended length. Occasionally customers forget to account for this and then need to reorder. This is the same even if you are after 3 lots of 3 metres - we recommend ordering 10 metres instead of 9 so you have enough to ensure all lengths are full.
