The delivery price is based on the weight and quantity of your order, and includes the cost of picking, cutting, packing, processing and delivering your fabric. The costs of postage and packaging starts at £3.99 and increases depending on the size of your order. To provide you with the best value, we have capped the maximum delivery price for standard delivery at £9.99. Express delivery is charged £14.99

The standard delivery price for all full roll and wholesale orders is now £9.99. We also have an Express option which varies in price for Rolls & Bolts and is calculated at checkout. Please note larger orders may be sent out in more than one package and arrive on separate days.

Please note the above rates are for UK mainland addresses only. Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland rates will be more as our courier fees are substantially higher to these addresses. Unfortunately, we do not use Royal Mail and so rates to these locations may not be competitive on small orders. 

Do You Deliver Outside the UK?

No, unfortunately we have temporarily stopped shipping outside of the UK. We hope to resume this in the near future. 

What happens if I am out when the delivery comes?

The delivery driver will usually leave the parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place if there is one available. If this is the case, they will post a card through your letterbox to inform you. If this is not possible, the driver will usually re-attempt delivery the following day. You will usually receive an email to update you on your delivery progress. Please note, if you are ordering for a full roll or placing a wholesale order the courier may only attempt one delivery, and if the package is returned to us, the delivery and return delivery fee may be deducted from your refund. Any parcels returned to us can either be shipped out again subject to paying an additional delivery fee, or refunded minus the delivery and return delivery charges. For large orders and wholesale orders, a restocking fee of 25% will also be deducted from the refund. Please note if incorrect address information is supplied, a surcharge will apply and deducted from any refund. If a parcel is lost, please allow 10 working days for our courier to confirm this as lost.


Can I select a different address for delivery, such as my work address?

Yes you can! Just enter your desired shipping address when checking out.

Do You Accept Returns?

Yes we do! We are so confident that you will LOVE our fabrics, that we offer an 100% money back guarantee! So you can order with total peace of mind.

In the unlikely event that you don't LOVE our fabric, just send your order back to us within 14 days for a full refund on the fabric. Please note the fabric must be unused and uncut and we are unable to refund delivery fees. We recommend a tracked method of shipping to return an item. Our returns address is below.

- Clear List of products with quantities and prices
- Official billing and shipping addresses
- Purchase order number
- Contact information for your procurement department

Processing Your Purchase Order:

Upon receipt, we will review your PO and confirm the order with your delivery tracking number. 
An invoice will also be issued upon order confirmation, with payment due within 30 days of the invoice date.
