I previously made this top and posted a picture, but I loved the fabric so much, I bought some more to make a matching skirt. When I made the top I washed the fabric first and the edges did fray a lot and it was a bit of a tangled mess, so when I bought the second piece, I overlocked the raw edges before I washed it which was much better. The fabric is lovely and soft and drapes well on the skirt. The skirt is from a pattern I bought on ebay, Simplicity 2058.
Was very pleased with this fabric. It's very light and delicate, and has a linen look. It did fray quite a bit, but I used an overlocking type stitch on my sewing machine to secure the seams and it went together well. The pattern is the About Town Popover Top from Pattern Emporium.
Beautiful pattern, lovely colouring. Fabric is easy to work with, perfect for this strappy tunic and feels lovely to wear.
Absolutely love this linen mix fabric. Was my first purchase at a ridiculously cheap price so wasn’t expecting it to be so good. Washes and irons well and was very easy to work with. I’m hooked on this company now as service was great too.

Beautiful material, frayed a lot but overlocked seams so not a ptoblem. Drapes really well. Will buy more, keep up the good work Poundfabrics.
Colours as shown, lovely design, washed before making up, needed light ironing. Have still to make dress. Very pleased with purchase.

Gorgeous material, sews well and doesn't crease. It does fray though, so edges must be overlocked or hemmed.
Beautiful fabric but thinner than I'd expected so would have to line it. Therefore unsuitable for the dress is playing asked to make.

I was disappointed to see how flimsy and transparent this fabric is. I will need to line the dress, which is a lot of extra work.
Really liked the colors of this fabric. Only had a slight problem, there was a small hole in it but luckily I managed to pin the pattern to avoid it. It does fray quite easily but presses out beautifully and is cool and flows nicely.
Lovely needs lining but that's not a problem.
