A high quality double gauze fabric featuring a butterfly print, available in 3 colours: Terracotta, Wine and Blue. Double gauze is a breathable and soft fabric, which is made from two layers of muslin. They are attached together with tiny stab stitches in a grid pattern at regular intervals, however this is barely visible.

Lovely fabric so easy to work with. Colour is great for summer shorts, and so comfy to wear. Hottest May day bank holiday ever! Finished these just in time.
When fabric arrived I was a little disappointed with the colour. It looked quite drab. However when I made the trousers for my granddaughter she loved them.
It is soft but produced a lot of fluff and frayed during washing despite hemming the cut edges. The print feels fairly rough so I would not use that side against the skin. It is cute and will be used to make a loose summer top.
Gorgeous fabric, lovely weight for summer dress, and just enough leftover for a top for my granddaughter. Also bought the terracotta colour and can't wait to use it.
Loved the colour and fabric is lovely to wear the only fault is the butterflies have smudged in the wash .I only washed it on a 30 cycle.Did a new look number 6180 pattern A .
First time using double gauze and so made a simple top. I was not disappointed, it was easy to sew, stretched a little on the neckline so in future I would probably do a facing, though I always have problems with necklines! A nice weight and drape.
This is beautiful fabric - I hadn't bought double gauze before and expected a much more loosely-woven fabric but this is very stable. The colour is beautiful (photo not accurate) and what I really like is that the reverse is plain and so it'll be great to play with either touches of butterflies or touches of plain in whatever I end up making.
Double gauze is lovely fabric, it's like wearing a cloud. The butterfly's are sort of printed on the top of the fabric, so a bit rough to the touch, which is why one less star. The material was used wrong side out for the trousers but still great. And I love the colour.
it was absolutely lovely to sew and to wear. It doesn’t fret that much nor did it warp too much it feels lovely and squishy on. like a great double gauze should be. I’m wearing a Style Arc Hope (extension pack - wrap over bodice)
Beautiful double gauze, great colour. Think I will make a top using the back of the fabric or may use patterned side for some panels. So pleased with my purchase.
