Lovely fabric, colour just sings and has a soft sheen. Not as slippery as thought so had no issues cutting or sewing up this blouse. Used New Look pattern 6414. My only issue with fabric is ironing. I cannot get it totally smooth. I had washed fabric before cutting giving it a quick press to get ride of any main creases. Since making up garment I have tried both steam and non steam ironing but fabric still has a slight waffle appearance when looking closely at it. As it is very patterned from a distance it does not show but am cautious to use very hot as fabric is delicate.

I am still undecided on this bamboo mix fabric. It has a nice drape and is silky but feels a bit more 'nylon' than I expected. That said I really love the pattern and colour. It is light weight so the 1960s dress I want to make will need to be lined.
