Bought this fabric as a prop to be used along side these costumes, works great.
This lightweight knit fabric was easily laundered. Good to work with: the edges curled a little but a little spray starch soon stopped that. I've made a shawl, pool-side cover-up and the shrug in the photograph.
It's a very lightweight fabric. So the ivory I got is fairly see through. Luckily it's just t-shirts for around the house and trying out a new pattern that I got it for.
Made myself some PJs with some of this and will use the rest to make a matching nightdress.
Lovely and soft and although it is obviously quite stretchy was good to sew with.
It was on offer so brilliant value for money too.
Very thin and all the edges wanted to curl up which, as a not very experienced sewer, I found tricky. A few words were said!
However, the feel and drape if the fabric are lovely.
So far I have just made an underslip. Think some pyjamas will be next.
Bought this to do a toile for a dance costume. First time successfully using stretch and using a stabiliser this was a dream to work with. So soft too!
This is very light and cool fabric, I copied a vest which I bought a long time ago and made 2 vests and also leggings to wear under dresses. It's not quite opaque but it feels so nice.
Great material. This is very thin though so I have made gym tops with it. Wouldn't work for anything more than that unless you want a see through top. Easy to work with.
Bought 3 metres for £3.00. And got about 3 T-shirts out of it. The ivory was slightly see through but because my pattern was loose fitting it wasn't too bad. I'd buy it again
