Once this fabric has been washed, it has a lovely rustic appearance and feel. You can wear it in this natural state, or if you prefer, you can iron the fabric for a smooth cotton finish.

Lovely cotton Fabric!
I used this gingham cotton to make a dress inspired inspired in Anne Shirley from Anne of Green Gables by L. M. Montgomery.
I really love this its a gorgeous green but a bit stiff as haven't washed yet! Again added to stash but I think I know what to make but want to see if it gets a bit less stiff. Edit. It wasn't!! Made the Rossi wrap (again) so used a thinner contrast cream for the lining. Still love it
My daughter chose this pattern for a matching top and shorts it sews up really well very easy to work with. She is pleased with the top now to get on with the shorts.
Although the background was a slightly darker cream than I'd thought, I loved working with this polka dot fabric. I used it to repair a well loved bunny rabbit for a very dear friend. It washed and iron beautifully.
Lovely fabric and a really warm shade of caramel. I haven’t made anything yet but I’ve washed it ready to pin a pattern a cut out. It’s washed beautifully with little shrinkage. Ironed like a dream.
I love the colour of this fabric but I think I chose the wrong pattern for this one. I used it to make the free helen closet dress pattern and it came out too stiff and structured which didn't look as I wanted but it was a really nice one to work with and learn some techniques ona stable piece of fabric
