This 2oz fire retardant wadding (also called batting) is ideal for filling homemade items. You can also use this to add extra thickness to existing items such as cushions or pillows. Decorating companies also use this on displays to give a snow effect.

I pre-washed this wadding at 40 degrees, I know I shouldn’t have but it will be washed at that when completed. I purchased 2 metres but after washing it came out at 103x 94 cm, or 40.5 x 37 inches, just a warning to you all that it shrunk a metre! Still I’m happy with it. I’ve stab stitched it inside some fleece to make a leg rug for use on a mobility scooter. It’s should be cosy.
