I have made this little bag with this wadding to give it some volume, worked well
It's lovely and cosy. Nice bounce to it. It was meant for a sofa but it's living on a gran daughter's bed. She says it's fluffier than a duvet. Will definitely buy again.
This is a good price. A word of warning Do Not use a hot iron on this. I used this to pad out fairy wings and when I turned it right sides out thought it needed a press but used a hot iron and the wadding is now flat, oops ! Obvious when you think about it I guess as it is polyester. Cannot fault Pound Fabrics - all my mistakes, the review simply wishes to help
This is the first time i have tried quilting. The wadding is easy to manage. I liked the fact that you can use off cuts so there is hardly any waste the small amount I have I am using it to my stuffing.
Excellent quality and price. I used this in two layers to make an under mattress support for an infants travel cot that came with a very thin mattress layer. Washes well (40deg)
Used this to re-pad an old ottoman my dad made abt 65yrs ago,, he's not here now to see the result think I was abt 10 at the time. Now it is used to store some of my PF stash.
Great wadding, easy to work with. I lined some decorators sheeting to create "hanging thermal walls" to create cosy craft area within my garage. Perfect phot coming soon!
This soft polyester wadding makes a great quilt sandwich. Able to roll it so it fit through the throat of my domestic sewing machine. Easy to quilt using a walking foot. Inexpensive too.
This wadding was excellent value for money and had a lovely soft thickness to it. I purchased it for a quilting project for a single sized bed. Unfortunately I discovered my domestic machines’ limitations and the 3 layers together were just too bulky to quilt due to the throat size of my sewing machine but will use it for much smaller projects and would definitely purchase again!
