Initial precutting wash went well, presses well, lovely to work with, crisp and soft at the same time. I felt a garment with this fabric design needed some volume/gathers, hence I made PE About Town Popover mashed with sleeves from PE Be Mine Balloon Sleeve top.

This pattern reminds me a famous brand and this bag looks like coming from that fashion house. I gave this bag as a present to an Italian friend and she loved the fabric, she said beside the look, the cotton was soft and fresh. Loved this fabulous fabric.

Liked the look of the fabric online and was pleased when I saw it on delivery. Made a pair of Pot Lid Holders, it has insul bright inside for thermal protection, which I also purchased from Pound Fabrics. We love these as they aren’t as bulky as the traditional oven gloves / oven mitts and are just as efficient. They make a great practical gift. The fabric pre-washed well, with no obvious shrinkage. Sews very easily. Another great buy, in my opinion from Pound Fabrics.
This make has been much admired, mainly due to striking pattern on 100% cotton fabric. I toned it with a contrasting black collar - which seems to give it a rock vibe! Modeled by my husband in his garden
