Tired of plain T-shirts and loved making my own with this beautiful fabric. Very stretchy but easy to sew
I made 2 long sleeved tops size 14 from 2m's of fabric easily. It was easy to sew and I hemmed and went around the neck with a twin needle. The feel of this fabric is soft and great against my skin. It doesn't fray. Easy to iron. For a jersey fabric it behaved well and I sewed on my machine I didn't bother with my overlocker. Quite stretchy, I haven't washed it yet.
I bought the other fawn colour too.
I recommend this fabric. The grey background with the pink, blue, orange and green etc colours are just right, not to bright but not dull either. Happy sewing.
The background is more grey than lilac but I still love it. I made a Tilly and the Buttons Billy with a higher collar and regular sleeve tops ballooning the sleeves towards the cuffs. I am not modelling it well! I should have made the top at least one size smaller. I have received compliments about the top even from people I don't know. They have been particularly attracted to the fabric design and colours.
