Double Sided Water Resistant Cotton Twill Fabric

This fabric has made a great parka style coat, perfect popping to the shops. Very easy to sew, though as you'd expect there's not much give. Zero fraying so it wasn't necessary to overlock seams. The coat has been lined with a slippery lining making it easy to slip on over thick jumpers. My new coat is also amazingly light in weight. I couldn't be more pleased with it.

Wanted to try a water resistant fabric to make a jacket that didn't look like a kagool or outdoor furniture. This fits the bill nicely. It is a good weight and stable, very trench coat like. Hoping it turns out well when I get the around to making it.

This was bought to make two sighthound doggie coats for winter. I'm really pleased with the quality. I'm looking forward to making two overcoats to wear on wet days over their warm fleeces. It has a good weight to it.
