Small in size but good for the job. I could revive my old dull scissors. Not razor-sharp but working much better now.
It’s okay - smaller than I imagined. If your scissors are already fairly good and just need a sharper edge, then the tool is fine. It made no difference whatsoever on my older, blunter scissors.
These don't work at all. No insuructions and made my scissors blunter. Likely user error but as there was no information on how to use them, and searched for videos, waste of money.
The item seems pretty hopeless. I've tried sharpening several pairs of scissors and some seem blunter than before. I can't recommend from my experience.
I haven't needed to use this yet as my dressmaking scissors are still quite new and sharp, but it's very good quality and will definately come in very useful in the future
This tool has usefully helped to sharpen my shears, which I thought were beyond redemption. I wouldn’t say they were perfect, but since someone has used them on more than one occasion for paper and craft cutting, I thought they were destined for that purpose only. They now cut simple poly cotton, I have not yet tried them on heavier weight fabric. Worth a try!
