This polycotton fabric is a dream to work with. It washed & ironed like a dream, didn't fray when cut and sewed up easily. Although crisp, it is very lightweight, which is exactly what was required for this Bridgerton day outfit. I used 6 metres for the dress.
Lovely fabric and amazing print that will go beautifully with my crafting projects. This print will be combined with a plain polycotton fabric. Also, the yard is a very good quality and perfect value for money. I am a regular shopper here. 😉
Another bargain! Slightly cheaper feeling than the poplin I bought previously, so it sits out at the waist a bit, but given I was learning how to sew with shirring elastic, I was more than happy. Prewashed but don't think it shrunk. Hoping it'll soften a bit with wearing/washing

Two more dresses for Dress a Girl Around the world. Very pretty polycotton, good weight, easy to sew, and washes well with little ironing required.
Made a layered sundress with this paired with broderie anglaise, I m re-learning lots of skills as I have been away from sewing a long time.
When the fabric arrived it looked exactly like the pictures on the website. I washed the fabric at 30 degrees C before cutting it out. It didn't need ironing as it dried perfectly smooth when hung up to air.
