Love this fabric so much I’ve bought in both colours and have made a long halter neck summer dress, top & linen trousers. Lovely to work with, doesn’t fray too much.

I was able to make a lovely cool summer top from this pretty fabric. It freys a lot as you would expect with such a loose weave, but it made up well using French seems and bias facings.
Unfortunately the fabric did have a very large flaw which I only noticed after pre washing. I was able to cut around it thankfully.
Beautiful soft fabric, I love it and bought enough to make two dresses, I then ordered more in the other colours. Sews well, drapes lovely.

Thankfully this material was only for a dress toile and cheap To me it had the texture of net curtains. I ordered 3 metres but it was not cut straight. So one end was o.k. but the other started straight and the rest cut on a 45 degree angle hence losing about 9 inches on one side looking like a triangle when folded at the selvedge edges.
It wasn't too difficult to cut out my dress and very little fraying. I need time to sew it up. The colours were o.k but nothing special.
Have not made this up yet but this is so pretty, I know what I want to make. Hangs and feels lovely, washes well. .( I always wash fabric before making it up )
