Lovely fabric, very slippery , just took my time and used lots of pins! Very happy with the finished dress (simplicity 1537)
Bought to line a jacket and does look stunning as the jacket lining. Frays a lot, is very silky and slinky so slid around a lot when sewing as I have a small sewing space. Would make a fantastic dress, but not sure it is durable enough for a jacket lining.
I haven't used this fabric yet, hence no photo, however it will be put to good use soon. I love the fabric and the service I got from Pound fabrics. It is great to get fabrics at such a reasonable price. I will shop again
Very pretty colours for spring/summer. Soft, drapey, lovely body, not see through. I haven't made the planned dress yet, but I'm hoping it will behave when cutting out and sewing, as it really is a gorgeous satin feel, so could be slippy. I think it's worth the number of pins and swearing probably needed! Gorgeous 😍
