Small and large sizes of these fasteners are almost identical - see photo included, Small pictured at the top, Large shown below.
Other customers are right to highlight the fact that there is no discernable difference in the size of these fasteners. The small ones at the top of my photo are actually slightly bigger than the large ones shown below. I don't know what the manufacturers are using to measure them but you can see both sets look almost identical.
