Fabulous fabric great weight and lovely soft touch on the reverse. The jacket I made looks really classy.
Lovely soft feel to this fabric without the itch of wool fibres. Managed to pattern match without any real effort a cut on the lines.

I had a fancy for an easy winter skirt and this fabric fits the bill quite nicely. It's warm and comfortable to wear and despite being quite thick, it was easy to cut and sew, with no slipping. My sewing machine coped perfectly well with the double thicknesses on the waistband. It's 100% polyester, but has the look and feel of wool, with minimal fraying. Special Pound Fabric price, plus a zip and thread from my stash = the £5 skirt!

Made this for my niece great fabric easy to sew. Lovely wool feel, she calls it her posh coat. The burgandy is the wool touch too, and the lining is a ditsy print also from pound fabrics. The pattern is the forrester coat from twig and tail. Also made another for myself with the purple wool mix. Thank you

I haven't used this yet or put it through the wash but it feels lovely and I can't wait to make it into a pinefore winter dress. It was so nice I made a second order so planning on a nice jacket or something else as well.
This fabric was a little stiffer than I thought it would be, but I'm sure it will make a nice jacket for me or another waistcoat for hubby. Gone into the stash for now.
Haven't made this into anything yet. I bought it with the intention of making into a hooded scarf, but unfortunately it seems not soft enough for this.
Will probably make into a gilet.
