Used this to reupholstered a sofa. ( First ever attempt). It frayed a little when cutting but mitigated this using pinking shears. (And overlocking would solve it also). Overall very happy with my purchase. Will continue buying from pound fabrics.
Got this £1 fabric for “emergency”curtains but the colour will work perfectly in the room once it’s finished so lined them and going to keep them for now. Complete bargain, good to sew and frays a little but not a problem really.
This is a lovely, quality, heavier fabric. It would make lovely soft furnishings. It doesn't crease.
I bought the pistachio colour to make large table cloths, which will have white vintage lace table cloths, placed diagonally, over the top, for a wedding reception afternoon tea (so no photo yet). Each cloth could be used to make curtains afterwards.
It was the colour of this that gave me the idea for the table cloths, it'll look so much better than just white! If you have a tight budget for a project, this is perfect!
I had an idea to make some framing curtains to take the bareness from the horizontal blinds in my caravan. I ordered this fabric not knowing the actual texture etc but it is exactly what I had in mind, the colour is perfect and the fabric itself is ideal. I’m so happy with the quality and the price was amazing! I ordered on a Sunday and received the fabric just 4 days later, great service in my opinion!
I Haven’t made the curtains yet as holidays come first but I can’t wait to get started on them.

Very good price for curtain fabric. Great quality and easy to sew. Wish they did curtain lining at this price. I make curtains for charity that supplies curtains to people who have been housed but have nothing so always looking for cheapest option curtain wise and windows always seem wider and longer than ready made curtains. This fabric is ideal.
I was unsure of the colour as I was matching it with the existing decor. But I thought that at £1 a metre then it didn't matter if it was wrong as I could use it for other things. I've used it for curtains in my lounge and have had so many nice comments about them. I did line them with fabric I purchased years ago from Pound Fabic. This fabric is amazing, it doesn't crease, sews beautifully and drapes really well. I'd definitely buy this again, if it came in different colours, especially in bright colours.

It's to make front covers for a calico covered shelving unit - which I've not sewn yet - love the fresh green colour and it feels a really nice quality fabric which was at a great price.
