This fabric drapes well (not as much as our linen viscose), is easy to handle and would be ideal for dresses, tops, skirts, comfortable trousers and other summer clothing.

Very pleased with this Marie blouse, By Hand London, with a 2cm frill collar. The fabric really shows of the pin tucks, and it was reasonably easy to work, although the loose weave tended to fray slightly. To stop this I did a narrow zig zag around the cut edges of the collar upstand & cuff binding before I fitted them. Has washed beautifully.
Lovely fabric to work with. Colour a bit different than I was expecting but I like it. Needed a simple shift dress to go under a tweed coat I made. To add interest I sewed 5 rows of twin needle top stitching to the hem
Will make a lovely summer shirt for my husband. I already got one of the striped versions of this fabric, and this one is considerably thinner. Not an issue in this case though

Love this cotton linen, these are the 2nd and 3rd pairs of shorts I've made for the summer! (in progress, obviously). It is so light and cool, and softens up really well once washed. Love the herringbone as well. It does fray so make sure to finish your seams!
Great fabric. I’ve bought in several colours to make trousers, a dress and now a shirt. A bit scratchy at first, but does soften with wear and washing.
This is a beautiful fabric to work with. Washed and ironed well and easy to sew. I’ve made the Tullie pants by Cinnamon Daisy patterns. I have enough fabric left to make a matching top. Would definitely recommend

I made this Christine Haynes Shift Dress and have received lots of compliments. Love the fabric which does not crease quite so much as linen but looks absolutely superb. Sews and handles really well. Washes well and Pound Fabrics has a fantastic array of colours to choose from.
Great fabric and super value. Easy to sew with and lovely and cool for hot weather. Doesn't crease like I thought it might with a high linen content. Tolerated being unpicked and removing gathering stitches well. This is the duck egg wide stripe variant. Would buy again.
