Prym Snaps Press Fasteners
These coloured snaps from Prym are a versatile closure for all sorts of clothing styles and accessories. They are made from a strong plastic and for this reason are machine washable, so great for childrens clothes or garments that will get lots of wear. They come in fantastic selection of colours for you to choose from, so there should be a colour here to match your every project.
Brilliant neat and easy to apply little fasteners. Great for baby clothing, skirt, bag, and trouser fastening too. I love that these add a pop of colour to projects and the range of colours is fantastic.
These little plastic popper fastenings are so easy to use. Colours to match most projects and when there isn’t an exact match I use these translucent ones. They allow the fabric colour and pattern to show through and match up perfectly. You do need to buy the tool that secures them but it’s well worth it as the finish is neat and they are secure once fitted. They wash absolutely fine.

Prym Snaps were easy to install with the Prym Press Fasteners. However, I found the snaps are hard to open and close once they were installed. I am still looking for the solution.
Good quality snaps. Good colour match to the fabric I was using. I struggled fitting them at first but then bought the pliers and it was much easier for me. I'd not used snaps before so looked on You Tube which made things a lot clearer to my addled brain.
They have quite a tight snap and for that reason my test on a jersey fabric was not successful, as they didn't have enough grip on the fabric and came off. I should have stabilised the fabric. I expect they'll be fine on wovens or on thicker knits.
