The fabric is lovely, a machine gathering foot would have made the collar frill easier and sewing button holes over thr fabric was difficult, I used washawsy stabiliser which helped.

I loved working with this fabric! The embroidery is soft and not too scratchy and it makes up well! I made the Rhapsody blouse pattern by Love Notions in Pound Fabrics "Parallel flowers white embroidered cotton. I used the FB front option shortened slightly to smooth out the front hem curve. Instead of the tuck in the back I gathered the back onto the yoke. I lined the front in Pound Fabrics white cotton lawn as it was a bit see through and used this for the bias ties and bias faced hem and sleeve elastic casing. It's lovely and cool to wear and makes a good cover up for sunny days now I need to protect my skin more!
