I'm a sewing newbie but these fabric quarters were really nice to machine sew. The edge fraying was very minimal, never messy, and the fabric weight of each quarter the same, so working with two pieces didn't cause issues. Colours were harmonious such that you could get nice contrast mixes. They arrived well packaged and wrapped in a ribbon that could be used in small projects. These were purples which I made a gift bag with, haven't used the greens, wish I could afford the whole set :-).
