Great fabric - although perhaps a bit bald in places....not sure if that's typical of boucle as this is my first time using it. Made the Sew Over It Jessie coatigan.
Amazing fabric bought the check for £2.50and the pink at £8.00. I Have tried other discount online sites but have always been dissapointed. Fantastic fabric colour is exactly what I wanted . I made this swing coat using a simplicity pattern. I have received lots of positive comments on it. I will definitely be ordering more fabric i the future.
Used this lovely boucle fabric to recover a headboard to match custom-painted wardrobe doors. Worked well - no creases and just enough stretch to ease the corners. Covered the back with a plain white cotton canvas.
Lovely fabric to work with. There was as many as 4 layers in places but it still behaved well -as did my brilliant Juki machine.
I used the Ready to Sew Julien Chore jacket pattern - a great pattern to work from.
Its fully lined with PF plain grey acetate lining.
Nice feel of the fabric, very soft. The only issue is the colour, it's more coffee colour than beige. I know it hard to reflect exact colours on the photos but I know others have commented on this one. I was going to use it to make a casual jacket / cardigan but not sure now because of the colour, so it might just become an inter-lining for a winter jacket.
So light, but so warm I had to make another one of these jackets, a little longer than the first one. I can highly recommend the bouclé fleece, machine wash and put on a hanger, but doesn’t shrink if you tumble dry it.
Ordered Jade Green fabric. When it arrived the paperwork described the colour as bottle green. However, I really liked the colour. I did find the thickness to be challenging where a number of layers were involved. I was a disappointed with the quality which I thought had a few tiny "bald" patches on the fabric. This was not immediately obvious. Unfortunately this was on the front of the coat. I have since used sewing thread to disguise these.
Loved this the moment I saw it and knew instantly what I was going to do with it. However, I haven’t started the project yet because I cannot find the correct coloured zip. (I’m doing item C) and if I can’t find a zip, I’ll have to change the fastening method probably to buttons.
I loved the white jacket someone posted on here & tried to copy it. The fabric went through my machine with no problems, and the result is really cosy & much smarter than a cardigan for the winter. I used an old Prima magazine pattern.
I was very lucky to get a piece of this lovely fabric in 'Ivory' before it sold out ! It's snuggly and soft with a nice weight to it and is a pleasure to sew . I made this short swing jacket with batwing sleeves. I didn't get around to finishing it on time so it's now packed away until winter !
I lined it with the 'paisley jacquard lining' in 'cream/ivory'.
Colour perhaps a little darker and more khaki than on the website but it is an absolutely gorgeous fabric. Thick strong and soft. Communication with the company was fast and helpful. I will definitely be ordering more from here.
This is soft and washed very well. I’m an inexperienced sewer and things went much better when I bought a walking foot. I bought 3m and made the Florence Coat by Tessuiti, and the Amara Vest by Tessuti. And I have enough fabric left to make a tote bag 😊
I used the Florence jacket from Tessuti with PF Boucle in Black, its very soft fabric, very easy to sew, and warm to wear. I will definitely be ordering in another colour.

I really loved sewing with this. I made a coatigan by Sussex seamstress. It doesn't fray, I haven't quite finished it. Will post a picture when it is. Very happy
