I was really pleased with this fabric. Great quality. There were no wash instructions though. Here's what I did - I washed it at 30 degrees and line dried it. And that turned out fine. The coat has a good weight to it. I think it looks smart & bonus for being water and wind resistant. Brilliant price. I have some double sided khaki cotton twill from here too, to make a long coat - pattern is the Eliza Trench by Papercut Patterns 🙂
Really good strong fabric. I've used to replace canvas tent bags that were nibbled by mice. It's a 3-layer fabric, with the water-resist layer in the middle. It does not tear evenly because of that, so if you need large even squares or rectangles for your project, you'll need to cut it. It's so good and pretty tough without being too heavy or stiff, I've bought some more to make some speaker covers for our outdoor events PA system. Thanks!
