A plain soft brushed cotton fabric (also known as flannel, flannelette or winceyette fabric) available in a small range of colours. This fabric is light to medium weight and would be ideal for warm pyjamas but can be used for lightweight shirt, trousers & more.

I used white muslin, brushed cotton and cotton poplin to make my first ever rag quilt. I got everything I needed except for the Christmas fat quarters from Pound and saved over £30 sourcing my own fabrics instead of buying the “on telly” kit, which was thankfully out of stock, otherwise I might never have tried PF. A very valuable lesson learned, how I’d never found Pound Fabrics before is a mystery as I’m always trawling the ‘net looking for a deal and it’s now the first place I look. Quick delivery, excellent quality, can’t rate you highly enough!
I lost my husband in December. I wanted something to have and to hold. He had several warm check design shirts so I decided to make a patchwork quilt. There was always navy blue in the design of the shirts so that’s what I needed the blue fabric for. So far all I’ve got are lots of rectangles. I would love to send you a photo of it when it’s finished, but that is in the future. Thank you.
A lovely easy to handle fabric. I used a children’s dressing gown pattern to make a mini mayoral robe for dressing up for when groups visit our local town hall.
My first attempt at making a dressing gown. I’m a beginner sewer and I found this fabric really easy to work with. I didn’t want too thick a fabric for the pattern I chose and this was just right. Love the colour and it feels so soft and comfy.
This brushed cotton was perfect for the inner layer of my rag quilt. The white cotton top and bottom layers is Rose and Hubble fabric, which also came from Pound Fabrics. This was a lovely quality fabric, too.
It has been good to sew but my word the red dye and fluff everywhere. Still finding it 2 weeks later.
I have had pink, blue and cream flannel not of which has done this.
It also seems a lot thicker than the other colours.
Not my favourite flannel.
Was in need of cheap and decent fabric for sewing practice of making my kimono jacket/shirt as a home learning beginner. Was easy to use, looks good, handles well. Was not disappointed at all and delivery of fabric was fastest of all online shops I tried yet. For this price - excellent fabric and excellent execution by Pound Fabrics.

Made hubby Pyjamas with this brushed cotton, pre washed first , slight shrinkage do recommend you do this also colour came out a little , so wash separately for first time . Excellent to work with , and I used pound fabrics piping trim too, all in all , thank you pound fabrics value fabric and not a bad quality either

I used this brushed cotton fabric to line my granddaughters coat. It went really well with the printed brushed cotton and is soft and ideal for kids clothes. Easy to sew and good quality.

It sews up well washes really well. Made mix and match pyjamas with a bit of flannel from my stash
The cuffing is from pound fabrics too.

I Intended this to be the backing for a quilt for my Granddaughter but decided to use fleece instead. The fabric is lovely and soft and great to work with, I used it for the binding and label and the rest will be used as backing for something else.
This fabric is so soft and cosy. I washed it first it didn't fry too much or shed any bits.
It was so easy to sew.
I've made winter pyjama top from it and pants from some fabric from my stash and trimmed the neckline on the top with a bit of Nordic fabric.
I love this fabric it is perfect for winter wear. Soft and not heavyweight but gentle on the skin.
