Great quality with a gentle stretch so I didn’t have to add a zip! I made a shift dress and a longer dress with belt and pockets. They look good with orange top stitch. The longer dress washed well- didn’t shrink or lose much colour.
Used to make a dress similar to one Brittany wore, for a 90's themed party. Very nice material, just the right weight for my project, and easy to work with.
Liked this fabric nice to work with, soft with a little stretch. Ideal for a pair of sturdy boys shorts.
Sewed up well but frayed a fair bit so overlocked all the seams.
May well buy some more!
I work outdoors and love my shorts for the summer. So this year I made my own. This is lovely fabric to wash, iron and sew. It does fray but I always overlock. Lovely pattern handy place for the pockets to carry my work equipment. Love it.
Made my fussy daughter a lovely pair of stretch legging type jeans. She's very pleased. Fabric washes well, does have the usual denim smell but that fades after a few washes. Sewed up perfectly!
Great fabric. You need to be careful when topstitching gathering as it can stretch but I put interfacing underneath and it was fine. Enjoyed sewing with it and it just goes with everything.

Love this material, it is the third lot I have bought. Great to sew with, and it is not heavy like some denims. It has a good stretch width wise (one way only). Prewash is a must as there is a lot of dye in the fabric, especially the black.
Used this fabric to make a denim jacket, it washed well before sewing, and is a lovely weight for a jacket, the added stretch means it is very comfortable to wear. The fabric handled well to sew with, it wasn't too bulky, it did fray, although that is to be expected with denim.
I was very pleased to find that this denim was easy to work with. Not too thick so seams weren’t bulky and the stretch made it very forgiving and cooperative. I pre washed it and there was some fraying but it wasn’t a problem. A classic style mini denim jacket and dungarees for my year-old grandson.
