This is our heaviest-weight cotton canvas – a tough, durable fabric designed for demanding projects. Made from 100% cotton, it features a tightly woven structure and stiff nature that gives it excellent strength and natural resistance to water.
This canvas is ideal for bags, upholstery, seat covers, protective coverings, and other heavy-duty sewing projects. Its firm texture and heavy weight give great structure and shape, making it perfect for items that need to withstand regular use.

This is a pretty weighty material used to construct a man’s BBQ Apron. A lighter canvas for the details and lining and some poplin inside the pockets. My machine struggled with it a bit.
My first with canvas and I have learned that the lighter weight probably would have worked fine. Sewing is a journey littered with unpicking.
The fabric in this order was well packed and it's always a delight to get a nice delivery like this.

The fabric is amazing! I made the covers for some old IKEA chairs that I couldn't replace by buying. I broke some needles in the process as this one was my first sewing project but I'm very happy with the result. We'll also use it for the inside of the board game table. Definitely recommend it ♥️
I can’t give it less than 5 stars, it does say Extra Heavyweight. Not understanding just how heavy it was when I ordered, it’s wrong for my project, but it’ll make a super strong bag or two!
