Our Plain Polyester Suiting Fabric is also known as bi-stretch fabric (despite its name this fabric does not have any stretch). This fabric incredibly easy to sew with and very comfortable to wear. This is a woven fabric which is strong and durable. Bi-stretch fabrics usually don't crease much and don't require a lot of ironing. Suitable for trousers, skirts, business wear, blazers and more!
This fabric is also used for display and events. Some customers also use the Emerald Green colourway as green screen fabric.
This fabric has a minimum order quantity of 2 metres.

Great price for a smart pair of trousers, thank you PF. These are wide leg & hang well. Material washed well at 40°C , it did fray slightly but the overlocker sorted that. Ordered 2m but managed to make these trousers from 1m so enough left for another pair, possibly slim leg next time. Would buy this fabric again.
Finally finished my son’s Joker costume. The waistcoat is gold in colour and the suit in red - both suiting fabric from PF. Nightmare trying to match buttons for the waistcoat so ended up buying the self covering ones from Hemline so I got a perfect match. Now for the purple and green costume - material already purchased from PF
First time making a jacket and trousers at son’s request for a Joker (Batman) outfit. Material nice to sew although I did overlock all seams, but mainly for a tidier finish. Waistcoat also made in gold of the same material. Son loves his new outfit. Thanks PF

Lovely colour. Unfortunately my overlocker disliked this fabric and had to change 3 panels for this skirt. It have turned out beautifully. The hem is not finished.

Used as a first attempt at a jacket dress. Can fray quite badly- so overlock/pinking sheer before sewing for tricky seams. This will end up getting converted into a skirt or pinafore dress- but that's not the fault of the fabric!
Got this to replace the boring beige throws I was using as tablecloths at my markets. Sews up beautifully and doesn't crease easily. Highly recommended 🙂
Lovely colour, and great weight to make a jumpsuit. Fabric frays a little bit, so need to finish seams with zig zag or overlocker. I have bought this fabric in several different colours previously to make trousers

Perfect colour for making a Christmas tree dress for my 3 year old granddaughter. Sews up easily, especially when edges are overlooked to minimise fraying. Minimal stretching or slipping when sewing and a good weight.
