A relatively loose knit but not see-through and very soft. The colour is brighter than it looks in my photo. Can't wait to get my hands on more colours before they sell out!
Sinclair nova sweater with cowl and kangaroo pocket. Used this for sleeves and bottom band. Quite thick and overlocker just about got through the three layers when attaching the bands. It should be warm for winter. Main body is pound fabrics French terry and cowl is pound fabrics cotton jersey in mustard.
i had been looking for cuffing to complete this sweatshirt dress for many weeks , the fabric came from poland ...but pound fabrics came to my rescue with their ...plain recycled cotton mix knit fabric 1 meter gave me enough cuffing for 2 sweatshirt dresses ..i used pound fabrics satin bias binding to cover the inside edges to give a smooth finish .......great fabric
Not the easiest of fabrics to work with, stretches a lot. Thought I would have a problem with the neck, but that was easy compared to the hem. Had to take in quite a bit of the side seams to stop the hem being wavy even when using a Cover stitch machine, but I am pleased with the end result.
This is the second batch I've bought and I just love it. I've made a couple of toaster jumpers. Wish you'd get some more in stock, and some more colours
