This wonderful boucle fabric has a raised knotted yarn giving the fabric a sheep wool texture. It is wonderfully soft, warm, and feels like wool but is made of polyester. This fabric features a slight stretch across the width and would be perfect for a wide range of projects such as coats, jackets, home decor projects and so much more!

Lovely fabric. Made the Atelier Jupe Julia sweater with it. Placket made from a contrasting quilting cotton I had in my stash. Finished with 's' spring studs. Very happy and it also washed well.
I loved the fabric, makes you feel really cosey. Washes nice. I was a bit disappointed when it arrived as it is darker than in the photos. Its described as Camel brown where I would say its more light coffee colour. My jacket looks nice quite light but warm.
I made this beautiful coat. The fabric was easy to sew. I will definitely order again in a different colour to make a short jacket and skirt to match. Thinking about the green as it is a lovely colour
Love this Boucle. Easy to sew, doesn’t fray. It’s very light but warm to wear. Perfect for layering. Pattern is Tessuti Amara vest. Jumper is pound daisy Ponte purchased a long while ago. As usual Pound service exceptional.
Not made the garment yet, will be perfect for an overtop in cooler weather. I have used bouclé before from Pound Fabrics, made a short jacket and also a winter waistcoat, very successful but I did avoid buttonholing on this fabric.
Been looking for a boucle fabric in cream for a while to recreate a suite I made and loved many years ago. The light grey fabric is a good compromise and probably more practical. Will be in my stash a little while while I use some of PF fabrics first:)
I’m so pleased with this fabric. It’s a great feel and although lightweight it will make a lovely tunic, or roll neck top. It’s nice and cosy for a winter project and the gold colour I ordered is fabulous.
I am planning to make a jacket with this fabric which is beautifully soft and a lovely shade of navy. Hopefully I can post a photo in a few weeks when I get started!
