First Pound fabrics purchase I was disappointed with. Reasonable sized pieces washed and ironed well but I got 2 of the same fabric just in different colours.
Lovely little bundle, bought it to mock up some baby dress patterns but they have proven very cool in hot weather so now they are in our regular rotation. Fabric felt quite stiff when arrived but softens up nicely after washing so has a nice drape. Love the prints received. Minimal creasing after washing the dresses, just shake wet and hang dry, ideal.
I've only used one of the fabrics so far as a lining for this bag. I was a little disappointed with my selection as I received 2 floral fabrics and one Christmas fabric. They are nice quality but a little bit thinner than I hoped and although they are very useable I probably wouldn't have chosen the fabrics I received. However, that's the luck of the draw with a bundle!
Have not used yet. I don't like polycotton but wanted something cheap to "make mistakes on" as I've only started sewing. The selection doesn't match my style but it can be useful for small projects, specially for next Christmas.
This pink Dino print has shaped up nicely into a child's apron with crossed straps and the two other pieces will also make aprons. Busy sewing for the Christmas craft staff at a community event and couldn't resist a gamble on the 3 x 1m cottons.
I needed to stock up on a few haberdashery bits, then I remembered the fabric bundles which I keep missing out on. Took a chance on this one and I am very happy with it. I haven’t washed or used them yet so I cannot comment on that. Cute and very usable prints on light weight cotton.
What a great selection. Love the foxes and Xmas dogs. It was a bit too late for this year's Halloween makes but I'll keep the pumpkin fabric for next year.
