Swift Style Active Wear Jersey Fabric

This is the third skort I have made, as well as two pairs of leggings-and a scrunchie! Lovely fabric, soft and very stretchy. Highly recommended.

That’s another two skorts (and one other made previously) from this fabric, along with cropped yoga pants and leggings. Skorts are for our tennis team! At least we’ll look good, even if we don’t win! Great fabric for the job. A little slippery, but otherwise easy to work with and great stretch.

I made a bikini set. The fabric is slippy but I pinned it and all was fine. Its so lovely and bright as swimwear or active wear and comfortable against my skin! Great price too.

Made another pair of leggings. Super stretchy, easy to sew, doesn't fray. I really like this busy pattern. Hoping to use the offcuts to make a panel t-shirt. Just need to choose some plain fabric for the main parts...

My latest make. I’ve been learning to sew for about 2 years now. First time I’ve used this type of fabric and it was very slippy to handle. I just got some weights on it to stop it slipping around the table and it was really lovely to cut. I used my jersey needles and bought some Maraflex thread which helped a lot (another first as I usually use Sew All thread). Oh I’ve just realised it looks like a weird dart at the bust 🤣 - I should have made sure the top looked okay before my photo shoot - the top doesn’t have any bust darts 🫢🤣🤣 Despite being nervous about this type of fabric I would like to use it again.
