This wool feel fabric is perfect for making little heirloom bears (8" ) tall. It was easy to handle and cut. Sewing was straightforward , my bears are tiny so I used fray stop on some of the corners. I don't think bigger items would require it though. I always know that whatever I'm looking for I will most likely find at Pound fabrics. Very happy.
Used to make a coat. Am so happy with it. Complimented the green wool so well. Feels very nice and I love it. Used the tartan to do some self covered buttons for the coat too.

Lovely fabric, a bit lighter weight than I expected so needed a heavier lining. Sewed easily, frayed a little and needs the edges finishing. Overall, very good value

Quality is great, love the colour/pattern and feel. I went for a tunic style top, material works well even though it is meant for a thinner fabric generally.
Beautiful fabric. Good weight, very nice feel to it and sews up well. Didn’t find any particular problems with fraying. Photo of the curtains I made for a friend (hems only pinned up at this point). He is delighted with the result and also the price - we researched and found this fabric on at least 2 other sites but both were more expensive.

Lovely fabric for autumn/winter makes. This was my first ever attempt at making a dress and was pleased with how it came out. The fabric does fray at the edges but was easy to work with. It really does look like an expensive wool material. I’m really happy with it. Already planning another make with this fabric.

Bought this fabric nearly 12 months ago loved the colours but not sure what to make with it anyway decided on a pencil skirt. It washes lovely and irons beautifully but frays terribly so all seams had to be finished. I am very happy with the finished skirt and will definitely be wearing it as the colder weather starts. PF service is brilliant and their prices.

Washes well and dries quickly. Will be making another dog bed cover with this fabric as the burnt orange beige turned out so well.
Very happy with the end result as is Bailey the greyhound. Fabric washed well and dried quickly. Very easy to sew but I overlocked the edges as I was worried it could fray. The revamped dog bed looks great 👍

I love this tartan fabric! I made a Vivienne Westwood wrap style jacket using the mccalls 7262 cardigan pattern. It washes really well and softened up nicely.
This is great tartan with a bit of weight to it. I used to make a scarf from and am using the rest to make a pinafore.
