This was my first time sewing with fleece fabric and I was a bit unsure about it but it sewed beautifully. I made two baby gilets with hoods for my two great nephews and I still have enough fabric to make one more, all from one metre of fabric!
Lovely warm cosy fabric. I made this large cushion for my daughter’s labradoodle. Good quality fabric and enough left to make a cosy fleece top for my grandson .
Really good fleece fabric at a very reasonable price. I wanted to make a dressing gown and chose a dark colour as I have two black dogs and a constant battle with dog fur! I used an old pattern, Butterick B5537, and made a size larger than I really need as it is so comforting to really wrap the dressing gown around me in winter. I lined the garment throughout with polycotton as my skin is very sensitive and reacts badly when directly in touch with fabrics like fleece. The dressing gown fells lovely to wear and looks better in the flesh than my photo!
