Lovely fabric with a gorgeous drape. It is slightly slippery to sew but I am still a beginner and it wasn't that tricky. Definitely frays so would need to be overlocked or finished well in another way at the seams. Great for summer tops and other similar projects. This pattern is Butterick B6559.

These viscose satins are the fabric I would have invented for floaty summer dresses/blouses/skirts if someone hadnt got there already! The print of sharp greens with a scatter of lilac flowers is just beautiful. Very excited to make this fabric up for this summer. It has decent body and came up beautifully when washed at 30 degrees. It didnt even crease that much : ) or lose colour.
