We used this as part of the table dressing for our wedding. It didn't need hemming and looked really lovely as part of the table centres.
Somewhere in the skirt of this dress is the fabric. I used 3 different types including net. I wanted depth while trying to avoid weight as the tentacles still had to be added.

Couldn’t get gold or bronze net for this costume so upgraded a bit and I’m glad I did .

Gorgeous transparency for an ove layer, or an evening jacket, or layered skirt (with base lining). I want to make a draw string shirt dress to wear over camisole and trousers.
